Since our store is not large enough to carry these rugs year round,we host this special event once a year to bring these high quality, fairly traded handknotted
rugs to our community from the Main Rug Gallery at Ten Thousand Villages,
Ephrata, Pennsylvania.

It's an event not to miss as these fairly traded rugs represent a win-win situation
for all — a high quality, fairly priced, handknotted rug for the consumer and a fair-paying, consistent job for artisans.

How to get ready for the Oriental Rug Event When you visit our rug event, bring as many representations of your room and decor as you can: swatches of materials and upholstery, paint chips, pillows, etc. The more items that represent the room where your carpet will go, the easier the choice will be. Be excessive when planning for your visit to the rug event. Measure your room as well as the area you would want your rug to cover. Large rugs are impressive while smaller rugs can be more versatile.
